Ingredients: organic sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, sprouted buckwheat groats, sprouted gluten-free steel cut oats, psyllium husk, morenga, garlic, and sea salt.
Storage: We recommend keeping your bread in a Ziploc bag in either the fridge or freezer.
Refrigerated: 7–10 days
Frozen: 3–6 months (best texture within 3 months)
Notes:
• High moisture → shorter fresh shelf life
• Recommend slicing before freezing for customer convenience
