Shipping & Return Policy
At Sunrise Manifestations, every step in the process of making your order is handled with warmth and intention. Our focus is on having every order arrive as fresh and beautiful as it left our kitchen. Our products are handcrafted in small batches, thoughtfully packaged, and shipped as promptly as possible so you can enjoy your order as soon as possible.
Processing Times
Each order is made to order. Most items ship within 2–4 business days, though some small-batch or seasonal items may require a little extra time.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.
If you need an order by a specific date, please email hello@sunrisemanifestations.com before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on location, weight, and packaging needs. We occasionally offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted at checkout.
Delivery & Tracking
Once a package leaves our kitchen, it’s handled by third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We are not responsible for shipping delays or missed deliveries caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. Please note, sometimes, shipping carriers' systems may indicate delivery as 'delivered ' prior to the actual delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@sunrisemanifestations.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll review the situation and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Local Pickup
For local customers, we offer pickup at markets or special events. Pickup details and times will be provided at checkout and confirmed by email.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the continental United States. If you’re outside this area and interested in our products, please don't hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to explore options when possible.

At Sunrise Manifestations, everything we make is fresh, small-batch, and crafted with intention. Because our foods are perishable and made to order, we cannot accept returns once an order has been prepared or shipped. However, we always want you to love what you receive.
Returns
If something isn’t right
Our products are made fresh and may vary slightly in shape, color, or texture. This is a natural result of small-batch production and is not considered a defect.
If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or not as expected, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sunrisemanifestations.com.
Include your order number and a quick photo of the issue so we can take a look. Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, whichever feels most appropriate for the situation.
Shipping & Delivery
We work hard to ensure your order arrives in great condition. Once it leaves our kitchen, we rely on shipping carriers to deliver on time. While we can’t control transit delays or weather, if a shipment causes your items to arrive damaged or unsafe to enjoy, please let us know; we’ll do what we can to make it right.
We can’t issue refunds for delays, missed deliveries, or spoilage due to:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Recipient unavailability for delivery
Weather or carrier delays are outside our control
Order Errors
If you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address or order details, contact us immediately at hello@sunrisemanifestations.com. We’ll do everything possible to correct it before your order ships.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase, as we often begin preparing orders shortly after they’re placed. Custom or large orders may require more notice. Please email us at hello@sunrisemanifestations.com for details.
Allergy Notice
We prepare all products in a shared facility that processes nuts, seeds, and other allergens. It’s the customer’s responsibility to review product ingredients before purchase. Refunds cannot be issued due to undisclosed allergies.
